We are happy to Refund or Exchange your goods as long as you can answer YES to all of the following:
The Refund/Exchange request takes place within 14days from when the item was received.
We are informed of the reason for the return within 24hrs of receiving the item
The goods remain complete and undamaged with the original packaging.
The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the sender, unless otherwise agreed by ourselves
If your item is faulty or under warranty.
You need to contact us within 24hrs or receiving your item
you need to provide photos of the damage to ourselves and advise the couriers at the time of delivery by signing that the 'item not checked' or that the item was received damaged
we will check the information and advise a returns number and arrange collection / exchange as soon as possible, depending on stocks and availability or advise of an alternative item as a replacement
to be confident that your product is not damaged we advise that when receiving the item sign that it is not checked
